(1) Short introduction per person: How did you get into the Hormone Optimization, since you probably did not get educated on that subject in the first place?
(2) Why do I get the impression that in our Western society being a man (in the sense of a strong, muscular, manly looking and behaving alpha male) is under attack?
As an example, recently I read in a comment under one of my videos that the advantage of low testosterone is that you become a better father for your kids.
(3) I suppose you all have a slightly different take on how to go about optimizing hormones. What hormones do you want to see optimized? And how do you tackle them? In what order?
(4) Being fully hormonally, optimized, inclusive thyroid and testosterone, can one eat a bigger amount of calories a day and stay lean? And is it easier to build muscle when eating in a caloric surplus, with less chance of accumulating fat?
