I ATE A “CLEAN” VEGAN CAKE AND IT RUINED ME!

Recently i ordered a custom gluten free vegan paleo cake that was free from refined salt, white sugar, gluten, preservatives etc for my girlfriend who still likes to indulge on vegan processed foods now and again.

I was not tempted to try it at all due to feeling so good on a carnivorous based diet that i switched to around 31 days ago due to my health massively deteriorating on a vegan diet after eating that way for around 6 years.

But after it being in our house for days and days my girlfriend asked if i wanted some and i said sure why not, what is the worst that could happen.

So i indulged on some of this cake i got for her boy oh boy did it hit me hard, it gave my insane fatigue, it made me become an emotional mess, it ruined my digestion and gave me a whole host of other negative health effects and symptoms.

This was horrible to go through and had i know this would have happened i would have never done it but even so i am glad i did because it affirms to me being on a carnivorous based diet is the best choice i could have made over a month ago.

I share the full details on all of the above so others can become aware of how even so called "healthy" vegan cakes are toxic for people even if they are aware of it or not!
