We do have to be aware of the damage that can happen to us because of trauma. Trauma can be so harsh, difficult, and serious against our mental, emotional, spiritual, and physical life that it can cause panic and anxiety disorders that will cause turmoil to our health.
Any type of trauma that is happening to a person for a long period of time can cause changes to the chemistry of the brain.
You have to commit to working on gaining and restoring happiness back into your life minus the traumatic experiences.
There are so many wonderful self-care activities that will be beneficial in healing and recovery from psychological trauma.
