Hi, here's a recipe I had come across for borax (a hormone normalizer and immune support) I'm not disciplined by any means, lol, but supposedly bye to heavy metals, fluoride, parasites, and candida. The dilution was 1 teaspoon into 1 quart of pure water in refrigerator. Twice a day for maintenance or three times a day for a specific disorder (magnesium complements its absorption) my goal was one teaspoon with a meal.
