The first public hearing of “Bhartiya Janta Ki Maha Adalat” will be held on 16th to 17th of September, 2023 at Maharashtra Sadan in Delhi from 1:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. on both the days.
"भारतीय जनता की महा अदालत" की पहली सार्वजनिक सुनवाई 16 से 17 सितंबर, 2023 को दिल्ली के महाराष्ट्र सदन में दोपहर 1:00 बजे से शाम 7:00 बजे तक दोनों दिन होगी.
In this public hearing three pivotal cases will be addressed and resolved. The three cases are:
(a) Sushant Singh Rajput & Disha Salian Murder Case: This case is regarding the serious lapse and dereliction of duty by the officials of CBI in a serious case of murder, gang rape, child trafficking, etc.,
(b) Sahara Company case: This issue is regarding: –
(i) Refund of 13 crore investors money with compensation;
(ii) Complete justice with 12 lakh Sahara employees &
(iii) Prosecution of former Chief Justice of India Shri. J. S Khehar and SEBI officials who acted unlawfully and who are responsible for loss of life more than 300 investors who committed suicide.
(c) Chief Minister Kalikho Pul’s suicide case exposing corruption in judiciary: Immediate registration of FIR and action on the basis of suicide note of the Arunachal Pradesh’s Chief Minister Sh. Kalikho Pul, where serious charges of Corruptions are made against former Chief Justice of India J.S.Khehar, Adv. Kapil Sibbal & others.
इस सार्वजनिक सुनवाई में तीन महत्वपूर्ण मामलों को संबोधित और हल किया जाएगा। वह तीन मामले हैं:
(ए) सुशांत सिंह राजपूत और दिशा सलियन मर्डर केस: यह मामला हत्या, सामूहिक बलात्कार, बाल तस्करी आदि के गंभीर मामले में सीबीआई के अधिकारियों द्वारा गंभीर चूक और कर्तव्य की उपेक्षा के संबंध में है।
(बी) सहारा कंपनी मामला: यह मामला निम्नलिखित संबंध में है:- (i) मुआवजे के साथ 13 करोड़ निवेशकों का पैसा वापस करना; (ii) 12 लाख सहारा कर्मचारियों के साथ पूर्ण न्याय और (iii) भारत के पूर्व मुख्य न्यायाधीश श्री का अभियोजन। जे एस खेहर और सेबी के अधिकारी जिन्होंने गैरकानूनी तरीके से काम किया और जो 300 से अधिक निवेशकों की आत्महत्या के लिए जिम्मेदार हैं। (सी) मुख्यमंत्री कलिखो पुल की आत्महत्या का मामला न्यायपालिका में भ्रष्टाचार को उजागर करता है: अरुणाचल प्रदेश के मुख्यमंत्री श्री के सुसाइड नोट के आधार पर तत्काल एफआईआर दर्ज हो और कार्रवाई हो। कलिखो पुल, जहां भारत के पूर्व मुख्य न्यायाधीश जे.एस. खेहर, एडवोकेट कपिल सिब्बल और अन्य के खिलाफ भ्रष्टाचार के गंभीर आरोप लगाए गए हैं।
