Welcome!
For the past decade, I have been looking after a nearly 100 year old man and his dog.
Recently I became severely ill and could no longer eat most grocery store foods.
I had to change my entire life in order to produce my own food.
I made this so that I can share with you how I am learning to regain the wisdom and skills that were common once upon a farm.
