Batman is too busy trying to solve the puzzles Riddler left behind so all he has to deal with are police which are not a problem. Once they acquire the laser, they argue over who gets to test fire it. Riddler claims he's a leader so he should get to fire it, but Two-Face suggests to let his coin decide. He flips it and it lands on Tails which means Two-Face gets to test fire the laser and it works and obliterates the robot they used to get it. All the items have been acquired, the final phase can begin.
