Jesus Christ, God's one and only Son who came to earth and died for all mankind so that they could be forgiven, why u may ask? well when Adam the first man sinned along with Eve and ate the forbidden fruit their DNA was altered and sin nature was imprinted on it and they died spiritually and then pysically much later, every single one of their descendants no exceptions inherited that sin nature and satan knew this, God however had a plan, in Genesis 3 after he cursed the serpent he spoke of the one who would come, the seed of the woman, (Jesus Christ) who would crush his head, all throughout history satan tried to stop this from happening. First he tried to Have Abraham killed: that is in the book of Jasher, then Moses; when the pharoe had the baby boys drowned, then David before he became king Saul tried to kill him numerous times, then Jesus himself when he was a young child when Herod had all the babies and toddler boys in Bethlehem killed.
Jesus lived a sinless life and then was crucified and because he had no sin he rose again for the wages of sin is death, Jesus became that perfect sacrifice who could atone for all the sins of mankind and because he was the Son of God his life had endless value and significance, he was the perfect sacrifice and anyone who repents of their sin and receives Jesus God's spotless lamb as their Lord and Savoir will be saved this is called justification, then comes sanctification which is what those who obey and live for him through the help of the Holy Spirit given to them they are born again, Jesus said that those who love him would keep his commandments, then comes glorification, when Jesus returns he will be in his glorified form which he received after he rose from the dead, we will also be made like him, immortal and indestructible children of God., I hope this helps for those who do not get it, GBY.
