The Future Turkish Armageddon Invasion of Israel
Chapters 38-39 describe a future attack on Israel and God's deliverance of his people. The invading armies invade Palestine from the far north (verses 38:15), but they are destroyed by the supernatural intervention of God (Ezekiel 39: 3).
Gog Must Come to the Final Battle
Gog can't escape, God has placed hooks in his jaws so he can must to battle. There's no getting away from it (Ezekiel 38:4).
God Will Rain Down Hail (Talents) On the Invading Force in Israel.
The Ezekiel 38 and 39 is the Armageddon invasion, as is that of Joel 2:3-12, Ezekiel speaks of Hailstones. God is using hail stones, and on that day, so he can be glorified amidst the nations. He will show how he is setting things straight with Israel, whom he had dispersed amidst the nations
These Hailstones that are 100 lbs in weight, like large slabs raining down from heaven (Ezekiel 38:22). This happens at the 7th and Final Bowl outpouring.
The Great Feast for the Birds and Beasts of the Field
Yes, at the end of the battle the birds and wild animals eat the flesh and drink the blood of the warriors, a scene similar to the description of Armageddon at the end of the tribulation (Ezekiel 39: 21-22).
7 Months to Bury the Dead and 7 Years of Fuel
It will take seven months to bury their bodies (Ezekiel 39: 11-15) and Israel will use their weapons as fuel for seven years (Ezekiel 39: 9-10)..
Groups will bury the dead. Behind them others will come looking for remains and bones. When remains and bones are found, they will be marked, and groups will be appointed to bury these. This will continue for 7 months until there are no remains left.
Post Tribulation Peace and Security
Israel may be dwelling in a false sense of safety, or in deceptive sense of security (Ezekiel 38: 11-12), which highlights why this slaughter will be taking place at the end of the tribulation
All Will Recognize the Hand of God in These Events
Also, because of the ending of the conflict, all nations will gain an understanding of the judging hand of God, and Israel will know that Yahweh the Lord their God (Ezekiel 39: 21-22).
