After two and a half days of legal arguments, Judge Simon Barker granted injunctions against effective protest to both iGas & Angus Energy. Shortly after hearing the ruling on the afternoon of Friday 14th December 2018, I was joined by my Barrister, Paul Powlesland of Ely Chambers, London to discuss the growing concern that Corporations are effectively able to BUY legislation in the Commercial Courts. Thereby establishing a raft of quasi-legal, supra-parliamentary legislation that threatens what's left of UK Parliamentary democracy.
