Vee covers where Google changed the definition of "bloodbath" in its search results. Removing reference to the financial aspect. They even used it in a sentence in a manner that was clearly political. This is horribly Orwellian but even Orwell could not have predicted this. In 1984 we have Winston Smith diligently working every day to change the definitions of word in print. Now we don't even need all that effort. Just a keystroke and the word changes for anyone searching anywhere. It used to be the Internet was the sum of human knowledge at your fingertips. Problem, who defines the knowledge?
