As Neosekken guides Harry through the nightmarish hospital, they eventually run into a nurse called Lisa. Harry questions her about what is going on around town, as well as ask her about Cheryl, only to turn out to be ignorant on both topics, much to Harry's frustration. Moving on to a topic she is more likely to know something about, Harry questions her about the "weird stuff" that he discovered in the hospital's basement, but Lisa claims to not know anything about what's down there on virtue on being strict orders to never enter the basement, along with the rest of the hospital staff. Before this line of conversation goes far, a siren is heard in the distance and Harry finds himself transistioning back into the "normal" world.
It is here that he encounters the church woman again, this time identifying herself as Dahlia Gillespie. She urges Harry to go to the "other church", located further up the business district, leaving him a key to access the antique store, and also gives him more cryptic information as to what is occurring around town, all before leaving him just as quickly as she appeared. With no other leads to go on, Neo guides Harry through the business district, quickly reaching the antique store.
It is here that they encounter Cybil again, and with this encounter Harry and Neo also learn where Cheryl was last seen heading: towards the lake in Silent Hill. With this new information, Harry and Neo continue to investigate to antique store until they find the "other church", and shortly after doing so Harry and Neo are mysteriously brought forth before Lisa again in the hospital, where she gives Harry information about the town itself and it's rather interesting history, and then after this they find themselves waking up back where they collapsed in the other church, although with the environment around them altered once again.
Thinking Lisa may know how to get to the lake, Harry and Neo begin to make their way back to the hospital through the altered..
