there is something NQR with the "VOICE" referendum ballot paper

NQR...not quite right;

there is a strange 'watermark' embedded within the ballot paper; i don't know what it is but it appears to be either a Corporate Logo or a Shield for the AEC; perhaps a trademark?
we know without any doubt that the 'AEC' is a registered Corproation which takes it out of the realm of the de-jure Commonwealth of Australia (people) and places it firmly in the Corporate COMMONWEALTH OF AUSTRALIA;
whether you vote or not is entirely up to you but i do not trust this any more than i trust any Australian politician;
me thinks there is a form of entrapment to the Corporation goin on here.
