Hi this is Josh with dream body clinic. Today you're going to see a patient that hurt his wrist by playing too much golf. It's pretty easy to actually get hurt playing golf. Maybe it's just because we think of it as a slower sport, not high impact like most, but there's a lot that goes into it. We see a lot of hip problems. We see a lot of shoulder problems, elbow problems, and even wrist sometimes when playing this game. Still, you want to keep playing. You don't want to stop or be sidelined. So here at dream body clinic, we've been helping a lot of people who play golf.
Whether it be any of those issues and help them recover quick. The best part about this is it doesn't require surgery. It's a quick injection. In the case of this video it’s just a quick injection right into the wrist. This is going to start guiding the cellular repair there. We told our patient to take the next two weeks to three weeks off golf or doing any lifting.. Then two to three weeks of some light rehab. After that, he can be back out there swinging the clubs again.
