I have started to read this aloud consecutively - this is from page 34 and goes on from previous pages - Chapter 4 - reading Nine pages until chap 5.
The book was transcribed by Phyllis V Schlemmer through the 70-80ies and took 18 years to compile with the help of Mary Bennett and Palden Jenkins - published first 1993 at Gateway Books Bath, very little on the utube..
This chapter explains The Universal Cvilisations - Tom speaks for the Council, he uses long sentences and if you were to read it yourself, you probably have to re-listen a few times...
It is complicated but open your heart and hear the message which reached humanities ears firstly in the early 70ies. Gene Roddenberry of Star Trek was regularly in her circles with questions. Sir John Whitmore wrote the Foreword - he was impressed. Phyllis left her body 2013.
I feel compelled to share the words - the book is now very expensive..
I have translated it into German - along with We are not alone - Prelude to the Landing on Planet Earth - and others...Enjoy ! It was my personal therapy through the Coviet days of 2020-2021 - 2022 -edited...2023. a personal chronicle and the audio of one of the best books i ever read in all my 60'odd years !
