How to travel freely: No masks, no tests, no quarantining! - Prof Dolores Cahill
How do you travel without complying to corrupt Government policies? Monica Smit asks prof Dolores Cahill how she travels internationally without wearing a mask, signing in, quarantining or taking a COVID test... her response is utterly captivating.
Perfect information on Common Law or Natural Law. Thank you, Professor Cahill! You are a super heroine! Thank you for all your hard work and wonderful efforts to enlighten and educate us! Common Law supersedes Statutory Law or Admiralty Law. Any dealings with the police, immigration and govts are contracts, period. In a contract, one side offers or proposes something and the other side accepts or declines, or consents or does not consent. That is how a legally binding contract works. Without your consent, there is no contract, no agreement that you comply with their orders, no transaction at all. This contract or consent can be made legally binding with as simple an act as you verbally answering 'Yes' to their question 'Do you understand (what I am saying to you)?'. Another way of giving your consent without realising it is to give your personal details to them when they ask for it. Do NOT give your personal details. Simply say 'I do not contract with you. I do not consent. I invoke my unalienable rights under Common Law." And keep repeating these sentences over and over again. Once you contract with them, you bind yourself to their rules and put yourself under the terms and conditions of THEIR contract. Which means they can handcuff you and jail you if you don't do what they tell you or even for no reason. The minute one side forces something on you which you do not want or you do not consent to, they are committing a crime under Common Law. When someone violates your unalienable rights, or assaults (manhandles) or harasses you, or detains you against your will, aka kidnapping, you have the right to 'fine' them on the spot. Just name your price, either a lump sum or an hourly rate for the number of hours you are being detained, and declare it to them. Get their personal details and say you will send them the fine. If they refuse to give their personal details but they are in uniform, ask for their name, staff number, title, position, station, division, department, county, state, etc. You can also send them a personal summons to bring them before a Common Law Court jury to answer their violations of your unalienable rights.
