Pierce wants to use them to unlock whatever secrets The Morningstar are hiding so we can stay one step ahead of them in Steelport. While Pierce makes a run for the deposit storage, we gotta protect him from Morningstar assassins on his tail. I found it difficult to use the sniper on controller so I had to use the mouse controls in order to be able to use the scope. Important note: If you end up getting the rocket launcher at any point, do NOT upgrade it until AFTER you complete a guardian angel mission that'll come up later.
