So they have sacked tens of thousands of care staff who were qualified to do the job, were experienced, and wanted to do it and replacing them with illegal immigrants who don't want to do the work, are not qualified, and have no experience. What could possibly go wrong? Replacing trained professionals with criminals who come from societies that don't value human life as much as we do. That's going to go well.
