In the past, Ukraine President Zelenskyy arrested political opposition leaders and journalists exposing his corruption, bombarded Ukrainian civilians oppose to his tyranny, and allowed foreign countries, to set up bio-weapons labs, and weapons of mass destruction inside his country, in provocation, right at the Russian border. The United States would never accept Russia or China installing Bio-weapons or nuclear missiles in Canada, Mexico, or Cuba, all aimed at US cities, so why should Russia accept the opposite.

PS: Stealing US taxpayers money to give it to US weapons manufactures, that politicians have financial shares of, should be a crime, as should be, stealing US taxpayers money, to give it to dangerous US Biological Laboratories in foreign countries, making hazardous unsafe Gain of Function research, research illegal in the US, and that could be potentially used for bio-weapons of mass destruction.
