I tricked the game a couple of times by avoiding enemy trigger points to prevent them from spawning. Only reason I did that was because I was worried about ammo. In my practice run I ran out of both shotgun and magnum ammo. Wouldn't do it again, I promise.

There's one more small medpack in the last secret, but it was left under the block I moved. It would take twice as much moving of all the blocks to collect it.
