How does a society without government fund and operate a national defence? In the second chapter 'Caging the Phantom' I contrast the strategic perspectives of state and anarchistic military forces.

This is Part 2 of 2 for Chapter 2.

This is just my opinion. I am not a military expert, but in this and the following chapters I believe I make a good overall case for why we do not need government to provide nations with a strong national defence.
