How to cook a turkey fast and easy is never really simple when you start with a frozen turkey and you need to still thaw it out!!! Depending on the size of the bird this process takes at least 5-8 hours, so if you can find one that is thawed out already at the grocery store, get it! The great thing is you can cook a turkey using an oven, pellet grill, charcoal, gas, and even a Pro Smoker Pro Max! This pit is starting to become my favorite!! Talk about quality!!
Spatchcocking the turkey speeds up the cooking process too and this is typically how I cook turkey, unless it is for the Holidays. So if you got an extra day or 2, brine the bird and inject those breasts with some unsalted butter, doing that helps a tad to add a little more flavor. Thanks for watching!
