Rumor is Rusty Bucket Bay being eighth world in Banjo-Kazooie. It was going next to the never made Mount Fire Eyes. Yeah, believe it or not it was the location where the Rusty Bucket jigsaw puzzle chamber is... Thing is, the location was to be in an area where the player would most likely have a water reaching height... Also I would like to point out that the garage door from Rusty Bucket Bay is very similar to the one in Quagmire from Banjo-Tooie.
