Just another off the cuff rant on some thoughts I had today about "Juneteenth". Originally intended to be a brief overview from the last one but guess what spent another 17 minutes thinking things out.

My main point is why can't we all, as Americans, just get together and celebrate the good things about our country? Why do we need separate federal holidays to celebrate "Freedom Day", when we're all part of the same America, the greatest country on earth that owes it's existence to that fateful date July 4th, when our nation was born, after separating from the "global plantation" of Great Britain.

This July 4th is the 244th Birthday of America! How about we celebrate all the good things about America instead of tearing down everything we don't like?
