Could the "Blue Graphene Ribbon" be a Methylene Blue/Graphene Oxide Scaffold?
This is simply something to consider, and in no way, is any insight formulated by any professional knowledge or expertise in such matters (As I have none).
We should, by now, understand that even good things (curing Alzheimer's Disease) can be undermined and used for ulterior malevolent purposes if in the wrong hands!
Pure supposition, but what if these ribbons are scaffolding to formulate new neural pathways to subvert the natural pre-existing ones;
And, could this somehow, be a part of establishing new neural pathways that may benefit something like Neuralink?

Food for thought, if nothing more.
And, may this will open up new pathways toward understanding!?!
