Normally, this part would give me trouble. There's a big change once you're in the sewers with a clear shot at the guard towers. In the original, you could snipe them and they wouldn't bat an eye. Now, you snipe them and they immediately know where you are and the alarm sounds. You gotta be sneaky from here on out.
