Noise Harassment from the upper room at workplace

This is how i get greeted at work by #Masonic Slugs from above, i have seen many of them make similar noises. That might seem normal, fine, the horses might be going back and forth but it never existed until last year. It is part of the psychiatric gang experimentation of the evil masons. They do this to their targeted victims to outburst their level of patience. I am kind of used to it though because it is all the time done to me whether in class, dorm or work.

They have a case of student who got involved with his neighbor in another campus. he had a fight over similar noisese being used to harass and antagonize him.
