The game consists of illustrated text with a few animations. There are no commands, you only choose between several options what to do next, occasionally.

You play a detective called Takumaro Kaibara who, by (a literal accident), comes to a hospital called Nonomura Hospital. There, he learns that the principal of the hospital has recently committed suicide. Several things bother Kaibara, so he's on the case. On top of that, the hospital employs many beautiful women, which is very tempting for a notorious womanizer like Kaibara.
