Geoengineering: Nexrad's Atmospheric Ionization, artificial weather creation and control

As you can probably notice, airplanes and other unidentified objects spray the skies with chemtrails (nano-particles, chemicals, heavy and soft metals, ice nucleation such as bacterial and chemical ice nucleation components, mutated viruses, "intelligent" fibers, etc.). The NEXRAD's beams /discharges ions into the atmosphere which become attached to chemtrials components which later act as condensation nuclei. The chemtrails mimic the particles that serve as surface for condensation to occur once. The ionize charged particles attach to the condensation nuclei clouds (artificial clouds made by Rapid Water Evaporation coming out from Wet Surface Air Coolers) where water droplets form. IONS ALLOW THE NUCLEI TO SURVIVE LONGER, GIVING WATER DROPLETS MORE TIME TO GROW. If the condensation creates water droplets that are large enough, rain will fall with all the nasty components from chemtrails. NEXRAD will grab these artificial weather systems, whether is artificial rain, artificial winters, artificial tornados, artificial hurricanes, artificial floods, and it is dumped in innocent people's communities. Remember, geoengineering and bioengineering (like oil industry, coal and nuclear industry) does not work, but it has been used as a weapon of artificial weather creation.
