interfering with emergency responders
interfering with manned aviation
drone flights too close to an active runway.

Section 372 requires the FAA to establish a remote detection and identification program that law enforcement can use to track drones that violate regulations, and submit annual reports to Congress detailing drone transgressions such as flying too close to airports or inside of restricted airspace & allow an authority to bring drones down "in a manner that protects the safety of other aircraft"
