A New Magna Carta for Canada with The Hon Brian Peckford REAIR

The Hon.Brian Peckford is the last living contributor to the Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms, and is widely considered an expert on the matter. He is also currently suing the federal government for breaching his mobility charter rights.

On April 19, 2022, Mr. Peckford gave a powerful speech at the Legislative Assembly in BC, laying out several things that he believes we need to do as Canadians in order to effect positive change for our future.
