A platoon is made up of 2-4 squads. This is just an idea of how the 10-Man Rifle Squad would fit in a Rifle or Militia Infantry Platoon. Look through history and modify the lessons to meet your needs. You can always change the organization up. We are not bound by a set Table of Organization and Equipment (TOE). Your squads should be built around your special or heavier weapons like machine guns, anti-tank weapons (larger than a LAW), or mortars. The riflemen and squad auto-riflemen support those weapons. And those weapons support the riflemen to accomplish their missions.
