Permitted Development ... for TOXIC NUCLEAR WASTE

County, District & Parish Councils right across the UK are REJECTING the Government proposition to make SHALE GAS EXPLORATION 'Permitted Development' ... However, it would seem that this is a TROJAN HORSE to establish a network of Deep Boreholes across the NORTH of ENGLAND, for the surreptitious disposal of HIGHLY TOXIC NUCLEAR WASTE.
