Herc's Adventures (1997, Saturn)

Herc's Adventures is an action-adventure developed by Big Ape Productions and LucasArts, and released by LucasArts. It came out for the Playstation, as well. The Saturn versions was only released in North America. The setting is a humorous interpretation of Ancient Greek mythology. Hades, the god of the dead and lord of the Underworld, has kidnapped Persephone, the goddess of spring. Without spring coming, the land would wither and the people would starve, turning Greece into a land of the dead under Hades' command. All of Zeus' champions but three have been defeated, and you pick one of the remaining heroes (Hercules, Jason, Athena) to defeat Hades. The game can be played cooperatively with two players.
