All of the world's worst psychopaths in the one room. The world isn't a stage, it's a circus. The faster they announce their plans the sooner we can stop being called "conspiracy theorists". The really scary part is that these creatures all have a direct impact on EVERYTHING right down to our children's lives. Let that sink in. The scary thing is they are all wearing their villain suits. And smiling. It's like watching SPECTRE, The Legion of Doom, The Syndicate, THRUSH, COBRA, and HYDRA all getting together to very publicly and openly carve up the world and decide who gets to live and who is expendable over drinks and canapés.
