That's exactly how fact checkers work. Look for a minor detail that's wrong and then dismiss the entire claim. It's illegal under our constitution! They're not allowed to stop a British citizen freely roaming the land unless they've committed an offence! I can see this council being sued! Somewhere along the way we seem to have forgotten what "public service"means. Politicians, local councils and civil servants are supposed to work for the people who elect them and NOT the other way round. I keep reminding my MP of this fact, and will keep doing so.
