I love this brewery, so I am a bit biased but this brew was less than I expected. A nice light wheat beer, good for lunch or when you just want a brew or 2 to slake your thirst. Running 4.8 ABV, less than 10 IBUs and the SRM by my eye is a nice thin OJ 8. Initial hit is thin but full. She fills the mouth but the bite of flavor is missing. medium fast middle gives way to a crisp and unimpressive finish. Not a bad brew,better for the non zythophile who favors a lighter palate. I could knock these back all day but I favor a bit more bite in my libations. Now someone queue up the George Clinton and Parliament Funkadelic
