The routine continues as normal, then that night, he dreams of the day he was admitted into The White Door. He had just hit rock bottom. An old woman he gave a coin to some time ago comes by and gives it back to him telling him he needs help. He uses the coin on the payphone and dials the number for The White Door. He's picked up by a car and taken to the place where he meets the The Manager, who is no doubt Mr. Owl in human disguise. After sorting his belongings, he is escorted to his room where he meets Nurse Sarah again.
