Utah State Bar has a gatekeeper named Jeannine Timothy that runs a program called the Consumer Assistance Program. The only way to make a Bar Complaint is to go through her and she never does anything no matter what you send. So the Consumer Law Violations should be used by anyone attempting to pierce that veil of deception and maybe or maybe not will it work. We have to beat them at their own game, since nothing else seems to be working.
