A self-proclaimed Tai Chi master by the name of Shifu Zhou took on an MMA fighter last year in the ring (11/10/18). The result was probably what every single person expected from this type of style vs style matchup. Through research on Chinese social media, we've learned that this Tai Chi representative was a 混元太极 (hun yuan tai ji) person. The Tai Chi person was 50 years old and the MMA person was 30 years old.
