A delusion is a false fixed belief that is not amenable to change considering conflicting evidence.

There are two realities that exist side by side here in the Earth realm. One is the natural world where plants and animals live together in a symbiosis of perpetual dependence. The other reality is founded on conceptual ideas and is the domain of humankind. The natural world exists in a state of truth; it is what it is. At some point in the past man diverted away from the truth existing in the natural world, whether this was intentional or accidental may never be known.
