NYE COUNTY DETENTION CENTER, NYE COUNTY SHERIFF'S OFFICE, NYE COUNTY COMMISSIONERS STRICKLLAND, COX, BLUNDO, CARBONE AND JABBOUR are ALL GUILTY of OMISSION and intentional harm to another person that is also AN OLDER PERSON.
