In this mod, Sam is assisted by an operator named Alien and he must track down Borok, one of Mental's dangerous commanders. Sam is dispatched near an old hospital where there are new clone soldiers. The EDF Scientists need them to make an antidote for something. On the 2nd floor of the hospital is a control laptop. Sam accesses it to run a scan over the clone soldiers. Once it's finished Sam sends Alien the results then goes outside where his evac chopper gets destroyed. He must proceed on foot to a nearby canyon.
