Maximos Marretta (now Bishop Maximos of Pelagonia) took up the challenge of demonstrating that the New Calendarist, and the Ecumenist Orthodox churches, even though they contain pseudo-traditionalist movements such as that of Elder Ephraim of Arizona, have officially accepted heretical teachings.
