Today on the Naturally Inspired Podcast Lynda Skluzak is joining us. At 19 years of age Lynda Marie was diagnosed with Lupus after going to the doctor for a rash she had on her face. At 22 she started experiencing more symptoms that left her unable to continue her regular life. Lynda fought for her health into her 40's with unstoppable determination. She changed her diet, her excercise routine and most important her thoughts and they way she spoke about her disease. Today Lynda is healthy, competing in bikini competitions and sharing her story.
