Alan Watts - Cease To Cling To Yourself To Have Access To God

The very instant you let up control i.e. cease to cling to yourself and let God in you become one with the divine principle and u gain access to the Spirit or energy of God. And the very reason we are afraid to let up control and even afraid of death is because we are clinging to ourselves. And the fact that everything is in a constant state of decay actually helps us to let up control and cease to cling to ourselves because there’s nothing to hold onto and we will one day morph out of these bodies. So you might as well let go and let God.
