There is an homage to the first level of Doom and we see what appears to be Mario playing Mario Kart. This level also marks the first appearance of my worst nightmare, a Feminist Elf wielding a SHRINK RAY WITH RAPID FIRE! I hate these types of enemies. Do what you can to get any attacks out before you're shrunk then run away like crazy and hope you regrow out of sight with enough time to attack again. Rinse and repeat. That's my only advice.
