Maricopa County Election Officials reported it only used Roland Vote Secure Paper for the 2020 General Election Ballots BUT More than 200,000 Ballots were printed on Non-Compliant Ballot Paper Stock. Maricopa County demanded the use of Sharpie pens for the 2020 election. Sharpies caused Bleed through votes forcing the ballot to go through adjudication. 120,867 Ballots had Bleed through Votes on them.
Forced Adjudication was 11 times more than the historical averages. The Sharpie ballots were a sophisticated time hack. The Sharpie ballots were suspended waiting for adjudication. With the extra days, there was time to grab and replace ballots; 1,617 ballot boxes were pilfered. This was the first time in Maricopa history, that the counts per batch didn’t matched.
