I made this video because most guys don’t realize they might have low testosterone levels. They may experience some typical symptoms of low T without realizing it, or even after a blood examination their doctor might tell them that they’re okay, that they are “in normal range”.
But since the normal ranges of total testosterone for example are very broad, between 250 and 950 ng/dl, they might be “in normal range”, but normal is not always “optimal”, right?
In this video I’ll explain how to recognize the typical symptoms if your testosterone levels are low or suboptimal.

(1) First typical sign of low T is chronic fatigue. You need more sleep than you normally do, you lack energy to get through the day, let alone to go exercise or do some unnecessary physical activity. You feel easily fatigued and lethargic, even when you would normally be full of energy.
The inverse can be true as well. A lot of men with low testosterone, have Problems sleeping, also called insomnia.
(2) Low sex drive and libido. This can be emotional as well as physical. The physical part of course being the typical erectile dysfunction. The emotional part, for example, can be all loss of interest in having sex in general.
(3) Lack of drive and motivation, feeling depressed, feeling less confident and less manly.
(4) Being more irritable and having more fleeting, volatile moods.
(5) Having abnormal feelings of anxiety.
(6) Muscle loss. You might be working out hard, like me, but really struggling to build any muscle and strength. Or you even might be loosing muscle gradually although you feel you doing all you can to build it.
