-My mom and I visited Disney World (All 4 parks) in two days during the summer of '08. This was our return trip, my second time there (my first was in the summer of 2003).
-Walt Disney World: Epcot (Future World), Animal Kingdom (DAK), Hollywood Studios (DHS), Magic Kingdom (MK). Fantasyland, Adventureland, Frontierland, Tomorrowland. Disney World Resort.
1.What is shown (Day 1):
-Spaceship Earth sphere, Test Track ride (original) outside and line queue.
-Tree of Life, Expedition Everest ride,
-Sorcerer's Hat, The Great Movie Ride POV: 'Singin' in the Rain', 'Mary Poppins', 'The Public Enemy', gangster shootout, Clint Eastwood & John Wayne, Old West/Wild West shootout, aboard the space ship "Nostromo" from 'Alien' with Ellen Ripley & the Xenomorph, Indiana Jones in 'Raiders of the Lost Ark' treasure scene, "disturb the treasure of the Gods" and regular host returns, horror movies/'The Mummy', Tarzan & Jane, ending scene from 'Casablanca', Mickey Mouse in 'Fantasia', Wicked Witch/Munchkins sing "Follow the Yellow Brick Road"/Dorothy with Toto/Tin Man/Scarecrow/Lion in Emerald City from 'The Wizard of OZ', movie scene montage and compilation (long before the TCM sponsorship update in 2015), "Hooray For Hollywood" jazz song. -Views of Cinderella Castle lit up, main street, Space Mountain ride (before 2009 refurbishment). Shooting stars across the ceiling. Space Station '75. The load/unload station could be seen from the People Mover ride (TTA).
2. What is shown (Day 2):
-Pirates of the Caribbean ride and song, a sea-gal eating.
-Woody & Jessie & Bullseye, view from Big Thunder Mountain Railroad.
-The Carousel of Progress (COP) full round theater/stage show POV with theme song "It's A Great Big Beautiful Tomorrow" by the Sherman Brothers. Voices and narration of Jean Shepherd & Rex Allen. Nuclear family through time periods and our future. Previous logo with gears and cogs. Technology advances. "Now is the best time of your life!".
-Disney World Monorail evening ride POV. Front car, front cabin, rare, short and quick trip, from the Ticket & Transportation Center to the Magic Kingdom park, TTC to Magic Kingdom, through the Contemporary Resort Hotel. Inside front cabin with the pilot and controls.
Narrator voice-over and announcements by Jack Wagner (original) & Joe Hursh. Highway in the sky.
-Family photo at the Rainforest Cafe in Downtown Disney.
